I’m Zac Perna your Coach 

I started my fitness journey when I was 14 to build some self esteem after years of struggling with body confidence issues. I joined a gym at 15 and found my passion straight away. I’ve now been training for 12 years, won my first bodybuilding competition, prepared others for their own bodybuilding competitions, paid thousands of dollars to experts to constantly improve my own knowledge of fitness and have undergone various certifications such as cert 3/4 in Personal training as well as completing a Bachelor of Commerce funnily enough! In the last six years I have created a business out of my passion of helping transform the lives of others through fitness and health. 

I have transformed nearly 11,000 lives with my coaching program at the time of writing this. I am super passionate about encouraging others to live a better life through fitness, health, daily practices and a strong and powerful mindset. Fitness has opened up a huge amount of doors for me in my life and I can’t wait to let it do the same for so many others.

Meet Mitch, your Head Trainer.  I met Mitch when we were both funny and awkward 15 year olds in Year 9 at school. We soon became best mates and bonded through our love of training and the gym. We were known at school as the ‘gym bros’ and continued to live up to this stereotype after constantly fuelling our passion for fitness, working together in a supplement store for two years and training together through our adulthood. 
We have both endured countless hours undergoing private coaching from the most profound experts in the field of bodybuilding to improve our knowledge base and skill set in the gym. Our personal method of training and our approach to fitness is like nothing you’ll find on the internet and we truly practice what we preach.

We can work with you from beginner all the way through to advanced and ensure that you are equipped with the skills and practices needed to achieve your goals and can identify and overcome any personal barriers that may potentially arise in your journey to becoming better.
